The standard king room was airy. The bed was comfy, we appreciated it. It had central location close to Sauchiehall Street. The property was set in a good area.
The staff we met were not very friendly.

Perfect location, close to Sauchiehall Street. Set in a shopping area really close to a hill and nice restaurants. Very clean bed in double room with an electric kettle, central heating and a TV.

On arriving at the guest house the staff were very abrupt with myself and other guests, we were told where our rooms were and once we found them we were disgusted the wadrob doors were hanging off the hinges the beds were in bad state of repair, also bedding was'nt very clean. Outside our window in the front garden there was a very large pile of rubbish and the back garden was vastley overgrown,In the morning once again we were met at the dinning room by two young waitresses who asked if we wanted a full scottish breakfast we replied yes the breakfast consisted of one rasher of bacon one fried egg half a tomato a potatoe scone and some beens ( thats not a scottish breakfast) I also had to pay the guest house a parking fee

It's a great option for budget tourists. The location is convenient. Breakfast is delicious.
Even if the room is ready for check-in only at 14:00.

The bed was so comfy, and clean didnt like the way I was kept off my sleep by the dancing across the road, if I came back I would prefer a room to the back and also like sausages with my breakfast the breakfast was nice yous need to get sausages
The noise from the dancing across the road.and no sausage or black pudding with breakfast

The price was very reasonable compared to other city centre hotels- and although not the nicest hotel in the city the rooms were clean and staff were helpful. A good choice for a couple of nights if you don't intend to be in your room very much!
Could do with some updating E.G. redecorating
